FTMTA Farm Machinery Show on this week!

One of Ireland’s biggest farm machinery events, the FTMTA Farm Machinery Show will be happening in Punchestown, Naas over the next three days – February 5th, 6th and 7th, 2015. Unfortunately,  Camsaw lawnmowers and chainsaws won’t be at the show but we watch with interest to perhaps take part next year (not enough days in the week!) Read below to find out more about this years show!

The show attracted 18,000 visitors in 2013. Organised by the Farm Tractor & Machinery Trade Association (FTMTA) it has the guiding principle that it is “organised by the trade for the farmer and contractor”. This year the exhibition space has been increased by an additional 800 square metres making this the biggest such event ever held. The Show will comprise three exhibition pavilions totaling 11,500 square metres of indoor, heated, exhibition space as well as the largest ever area of outdoor displays. Over 130 exhibitors will exhibit across nearly 160 indoor stands and over 30 outdoor display areas.

Enjoy if you go along! Here is a link to their EXHIBITION PLAN and layout plus a EXHIBITOR LIST, which might be useful!
